pink Floyd

There are a lot of rock bands around the world but no one compares to the great pink Floyd.  When the band first formed was in in Cambridge & London, England in 1965. The members of pink Floyd were  Syd Barrett, Roger Waters, David Gilmour, Nick Mason,  and Rick Wright .  Before pink Floyd work formed they were first called Sigma 6.This band has earned its place in the ultimate roll call of rock with led zeppelin, the Beatles and the rolling stones.  Pink Floyd has sold to the public 250 million albums when they were in their prime. Some of their songs that got them to sell at of those copies were  have a cigar, brain damage , wish you were here, money, another brick in a wall part 2, hey you and  shine on you crazy diamond. Pink Floyd had  a lot of great  albums like wish you were here and that was released in 1975  but there  best album was released in 1973 was the dark side of the moon. This album came to be one of the greatest albums in rock history I was have to say with selling 25 million copies and staying on the  music billboard charts for  ten years!    This music group was active for many years rocking and rolling with their great rock and roll  music. This band changed rock music in a huge way with their songs and their music. How they would perform was incredible. There were so popular that they had a  free concert and 100,000 people showed up to here their amazing music. In all every rock band comes to an end and pink Floyd last year  playing in a band was in 2005
