I would have to say Robert Allen Zimmerman aka bob Dylan  is one  of the greatest folk  rock singer in his time and in history of rock and roll. He first started his music career when he was in college, he started preforming country and folk songs when he was there at local café . That he is also where he changed his name to bob Dylan. He changed his name to bob Dylan   because of  the late Welsh poet Dylan Thomas. In grade school bob  was influenced  to be an musical artists  by Elvis Presley jerry lee Lewis and little Richard.  Dylan career really started in 1961  after he performed and  got a rave from the new York times.  After that he got picked up by Columbia Records and he signed with them. Some of bob Dylan’s  famous songs are blowing in the wind, babe, let me follow you down, every grain of sand, I’m alright ma and his best song even I would say is knocking on heaven’s door.  Bob Dylan just had an amazing rock and roll career in all and  this was showed in 1988 when he was inducted into the rock and roll hall of fame. Bob Dylan was known for a lot of things like being a poet , a folk rock singer and a lot more thing . But in my eyes he is a rock and roll legend  and always will be no matter what.
