Queen

One of the most interesting  bands in rock and roll is queen. In 1970 brain mays and roger Taylor  formed the band  name smile but after  they lost their singer they had to find new people for  their band. They finally   found there people for the band they Added Mike Grose  for bass and Freddie Bulsara for the head singer. After all of this happened they decided to change the name from smile to queen. At first this band started out very slow really didn’t get any gigs  and from 1970 to 1975 but in 1975 something great happened  with the band. In 1975 October 31^st queen let out  more on their best songs ever or even the best and the song was 'Bohemian Rhapsody. At first the recording people didn’t want to put it on the radio because of the song being over six minutes long.  But after they put it on the radio it went up to number one on the charts  and  it didn’t leave that spot  for over two months. After that everything was going great for queen. Some of their other great songs are we will rock you, we are the champions,  queen killer, somebody to love, fat bottom girls, another bites the dust and many more. I think queen is one of the craziest and unique bands of them all. when they preform  they wear very  unique outfits. There kind of music  is very classic rock with  very easy  listening to it. That they are aslo in the rock and rock hall of fame. So that is why I think queen is an oldie rock and roll band and  one of the greatest  rock and roll bands ever.
