Michael Jackson is the most universal musical artists of all time.  When Michael was very young and when was older he always had an amazing musical voice and he was always experimenting with his music talent.   Michael just jumped right into music  at a very young age he started singing when he was only 5 years old  and he joined his family band also the band was very successful. The Jackson 5 made it on the billboard 100 top hundred songs and they made to the top of the billboard with the song I want you back. When   Michael Jackson was 13 years old he started to go off on his own but he stilled stayed with the Jackson 5. Michael had great success with his solo career getting number one hits   with the song got to be there.  He was still touring and singing with the Jackson 5 but years later the Jackson 5 broke up and Michael Jackson went on his own for good. After this all happened with all of Michael’s success he got even luckier when he teamed up with r the great rock and roll god Paul McCarthy. They started booming with all the great songs they were writing there one song they wrote together was a great and it was the girl is mine. That song shot up in the pop music charts!  An amazing that Michael Jackson wrote was thriller and that song was in the top hits. This album was such a success that it sold so many of it was in the top 10 sold in history. Some  other  songs that he wrote were The way you make me feel, you’re not alone, Don’t stop till you get enough, man in the mirror, beat it, say say say, black or white and Billie  jean. A big accomplishment that Michael has is that he danced so crazy and so good that he made up his own dance move called the moon walk. That Michael won a lot of Grammy for his amazing songs.  Another accomplishment Michael Jackson had was being inducted into the hall of fame twice. Once with the Jackson 5 and also with his solo career because he was such a great music artist. But another all of Michael’s success something very bad happened in his life with Pepsi.  He was doing a commercial for them and he had an accident while he was doing the commercial and he got very bad burns on his face and his scalp. He had to get a lot of plastic surgery. One thing that was very surprising about Michael Jackson is that even though he is very energetic on stage and in his music that he is a very shy person who didn’t like to get interviewed. That he acted like he was  a kid in an adults body and with his money   made a Never land ranch and had  very  interesting animals  like a chimpanzee named bubo.  Michael Jackson was  a little strange  but he was such a great music artist. But  something weird happened to Michael, he was coming from touring  and then he came back he went into cardiac arrest  and was went to the hospital. At age 50 Michael Jackson heart failed and he died.  It was very weird that Michael died at a very young age and he didn’t have any drug over dos  or anything so they wanted to find out what really happened  to Michael.  So they started investigating what  happened to him  and  they  put Dr. Conrad Murray  on trial for killing Michael and when the final verdict  came back and Dr. Murray was guilty for killing Michael Jackson. They is just such a shame that he would do that to such a creative and musical artist.

john Lydon(u1)

One great singer said "people don't like other poor people, and rather than blame the people that make you all poor you blame each other". This quote is from the head singer on the sex pistols John Lydon. John Lydon and the Sex pistols changed rock and roll with their punk rock music in Britain. John was born January 31, 1956, in London England. When John Lydon was in school he was very smart but like all great rockers he was very rebellious too. He got kicked out of college but actually that was very good for him because when he enrolled at a different school he meet john Ritchie   and they become best friends and also members of the sex pistols together. In the early 1970's they were trying to form their band and by 1975 the band the sex pistol. After a few years went by the band became very well-known because they are the first band to introduce punk rock to Britain. The band had a lot of success and John Lydon was called Johnny rotten because of him having really bad teeth. Some of the songs from the sex pistols were God Save the Queen, holidays in the sun, you did no wrong, problems and silly things. One of their albums that made it to the top of the music listen and that album was never mind the bollocks… here’s the sex pistols.  The sex pistols  were a very popular  band for like 30 years  and they will never be forgotten  in rock and roll history.

john lennon(s1s2)

John Lennon is one  of the greatest rock and roll artist of all time! He was in one of the one of the greatest bands in history the Beatles! This all started out when John Winston Ono Lennon  was born October 9,1940 in Liverpool England. When John was very young  he had some what a hard life when he was only 4 years old his parents split up and he had to live with his aunt. When he lived at his aunt's house his  mother visited  him and taught him how to play the banjo and the piano. After learning those instruments he wanted to play the guitar so he bought his first guitar! When john Lennon was in grade school he really didn't like school much at all  so he fooled around a lot and got in trouble. When he graduated  from high school he went to college but that didn't last long at all but it wasn't all bad  for john even though he wasn't good at school  he was music gifted. Then one day  it was like any other day for john  in was 1957 and  he was church and then his world got turned upside down when he meet Paul McCarty. After that day john life was never the same and this was the start  for one of the best bands in rock and roll history!  The band they formed  was the Beatles and they were a huge hit in Britain and they were also a huge hit in the united states! The Beatles had a lot of great songs some of their songs  were I want to hold your hand, let it be, penny lane strawberry fields forever, While my guitar gentle weeps, and drive my car. There is many more songs that was great by the Beatles they honestly might be the greatest band in rock and roll history. Everyone loved this band they even had Beatles mania when they went on the Ed sullivon show that was a huge part in the Beatles  history. They were just such a great band  and they lasted together  for like 10 years  then a women got into john Lennon life   her name was Yoko mono. Even though john Lennon her in love with this girl I feel like this is the worst thing to happen to John Lennon in his life because  She   took John away from one of the greatest bands ever.  Imagine how much more success The Beatles would have had if they would have been together longer.  After  he left the Beatles  John Lennon started  a solo career  and he had a lot of success with it too! In 1970  John Lennon released  his solo album  and it was a great album because he released one of the greatest songs ever and that song was called Image. The song is just so amazing and it just makes you think about life. The song Imagine after  it was released and everyone loved it, it was  put on the greatest songs of all time by the rolling stone and it was number 3! Everything was going great in John Lennon life’s  everything  seemed to be going perfect until he released  A single song called  just like starting over . Then   something really awful happened to john Lennon after a few weeks of writing that song  he was murdered in a hotel  getting shot by a gun. Even though John lived a very successful  life. 40 years old is way too young to die he still had a lot more to live for.  Some big accomplishments in John Lennon life were when he was inducted into the  rock and roll hall of fame in 1994 and he was also inducted into the songwriter hall of  fame in 1987!

I Would honestly have to say Saul Hudson aka slash is one best or in the top three guitar players of all time! When Slash was young he was known as the problem child, he had absolutely no interest in school. He rode bikes around all the time and he started to begin to play the bass and he wanted to get great at playing it so he would practice playing it about 12 hours a day! Slash joined a band when he was in high school and he went touring with them and dropped out of school. After that he joined a various  bands but all of them didn't work out for him But in 1985  he joined  the band guns and roses and this band  he stayed with. When  they started this band right away they started writing songs because they wanted to get signed by a record company and a year later their wish came true! They were signed by Geffen records!The band had great songs and they sounded amazing some of their songs were Welcome to the jungle, Sweet child o'mine, used to love her, You could be mine, November rain, Civil war, one in a million,and better. There albums were so good they made it on the top of the music billboard. After being with Guns and roses for a while slash left and started to do his own thing tried starting new bands, He had some success with that but never as much as he had with Guns and roses. I think he should have just stayed with the band  so they could have made more songs together! But every band has to end sometime and i guess that was there time and slash will go down as being one of the greatest guitar player in rock and roll history for sure! A big accomplishment for guns and roses before they went there separate way was when they were inducted into the rock and roll hall of fame in 2012!

Jim Morrison is one of the greatest rockers of all time! Jim Morrison was born on December 8, 1943 in Florida. When Jim was a young boy he was a very smart boy but in later years of his childhood  he had to move around because his dad was in navy. Also he started to rebel against his dad and not listening  to his rules and starting drinking and discovering lady's. But he still finished school, Jim graduated high school in 1961and he wanted to learn more so he went to college for  four years at UCLA and graduated in 1965. A year after he graduated college the band the doors  he was the head singer of the band got singed by Elektra records. In 1967 they released there one song  break on through to the other side and it was a smash hit  and there second song they resealed did even better it  went to the top of the billboard for  hot singles  for June! Some other songs that the doors wrote were love me two times, roadhouse blues, Hello, i love you, When the music is over, and people are strange. Even though the band was doing great Jim Morrison started to go down the wrong path and hit rock bottom when started drinking heavy. He had everything a person could want but he threw it all away when he started doing drugs and getting in trouble with law enforcement. He was doing drugs so much he didn't even live to be 30 years old he died when he was 27 in a bath tube in Paris France. He died because he overdosed on heroin. Even though Jim Morrison was a big druggy he is not  going to be remember for that he will always be remember as one of the greatest singers for one of the greatest rocks bands in rock and roll history.  In 1993 this was proved that they were one of the best bands in history when they inducted into the rock and roll hall of fame!

Duane Allman (o2)

Howard Duane Allman was a great guitarist in the Allman brothers band! Howard Allman was born on November 20, 1946. Even though Howard Allman  only lived till he was only 24 years old! Howard got into music when he was young because he followed in his brothers foot steps with playing the guitar.  Also Howard dropped out of high school because  he wanted to get better playing the guitar.  A few years later that they formed a band called the Allman joy band and moved to Los Angeles. A few years went by and nothing really was happening in there group and they really weren't getting noticed by anyone so they went back to Miami and  brought some musicians with them. When they were back in Miami  in 1969 they formed a new band called the Allman  brothers band and the people who were in this band were Jaimoe Johanson  Dickie Betts, Berry Oakley, Reese Wynans, and  Howard Duane Allman and his brother Gregg. Some of their  songs were Ain't wasting time no more, in memory of Elizabeth reed, Dreams, it's not my cross to bear, Rambling man, No one to run with, black hearted woman, Troubles no more and please call home. Another member  on the band who only played in one album and went touring with  the Allman brothers band was Eric Clapton and the album was Layla. This album consist of a lot of love songs.  Even though The Allman Brothers only recorded three Albums together because Howard was in a fatal motorcycle crash. They still were a great rock and roll band!One Huge accomplish the Allman brothers band had was when they were inducted into the rock and all hall of fame in 1995! Even though Howard died so young and it was a trouble shame he still was an awesome rocker!

Gene Simmons(o1)

Chaim Weitz aka Gene Simmons  was in one of the craziest  bands on all time! Gene Simmons was born  on august 25, 1949 in Haifa Israel. For eight years Gene Simmons lived there until  him and his mom went to new york to live with relatives. When gene started going to public school that is when  he started to get an interest in music. He also wanted to start a band in middle school because when he was watching the Beatles on TV he saw all these girls screaming for them  and he wanted to be in there shoes some day. So another that a few of his friends made a band in middle school called The missing links  they started this band because they all liked music but another big reason was to get the lady's in the school. The bands stayed together for a long time they stayed together after the graduated high school and they played around doing gigs. But they  weren't making enough money  people tried helping them but it wasn't enough it looked like all help was lost until they got their big break  with calling Jimi Hendrix studio and trying to get funds after they listened to the band on tape. They did after that Gene and a few other bands member's wanted to change up their band. So by 1972 the band changed into kiss! When they changed their band it was very good they changed everything about themselves they wore crazy outfits and had make up on which the fans really liked. Some Albums by kiss were Alive,destroyers, rock and rock all over and many more these albums were a pretty great success! Kiss was a great band in the later years kiss broke up around 1997 because Gene wanted to do other things like fashion and jewelry. Even though kiss broke up they will still go down in history for being one of the craziest rock bands of all time! This is shown when they were in ducted into the hall of fame in 2014!

Grace Slick is probably the best female singer and song writing  in rock and roll of her time and  in history, I would have to say! she was in two amazing bands and they were Jefferson airplane and grateful dead. When Grace slick  was a child she was really into music a lot and  when she was young  she moved all across the state with her dad. When she she in grade school she was very smart in English and it art classes. After grade school she went off to college  and stayed there for a while but she left college and became a hippie. A few years after that  she redirected her life into music and she knew she wanted to be a singer.  she joined a band and after a few years they split up, she became the head singer of the band Jefferson airplane. Some of there songs are lather, someone to love, white rabbit, we can be together, its no secret,  and wooden ship. After a few years singer with Jefferson airplane she became one of the most known rocks  of the 1960's! Then she went out on her own he was a great success singing a lot of songs like sun fighter, earth and many more. But when she was so successful started to fall apart, she did a lot of drugs which wasn't good at all.  glace slick was a singer for a very long time  she started singer in a band in 1958 and she  released her last songs in 2010.She sang for over 50 years that is crazy she is one of the best female singer or the best singer in rock and roll history. To top it off she made money on the side  by painting because she was very artistic. Finally a great accomplishment in her career was when  Glace slick was inducted into the hall of fame in 1996  and two years later she wrote about all her life time experiences with rock and roll.

(Billy Gibbons n1)

Billy Gibbon is one of the greatest rockers of all time. Billy Gibbon was born on December 16 1949. When  Billy was in his teen  years he really liked music so for his 14^th birthday he got his first electrical guitar and soon after that  he formed a band.  When he was older he formed one of the greatest bands ever  in 1970  and this band was called ZZ Top . The band ZZ top had a lot of success all together  After one year of forming  their  band they released their  first album and it was a very big success . but there second album struggled some  and  it wasn’t too good. But after that in 1973  they released their  new  album and it was called Tres hombres. With this album they got the  praise they needed  and stated to hit it big.  This album made it on the top 10 album chart and some of the songs on this  are move me down the line, beer drinkers and hell raisers, waiting for the bus and master of sparks.  Also on the album  Tres hombres one of their songs made the top 10 single song list and that song are El Grande . After a few  years of musical success ZZ Top  started to not let along and the band broke up. The band ZZ top was broken up for  3 years and all hope looked lost until they reunited. I would have to say that ZZ top was one of the greatest rock bands of all time! One of their big accomplishments were when they are inducted into the hall of fame in 2004. Another big accomplishment for the band was when Billy Gibbon  was ranked in the top 100  guitar players of all time and this happened in 2011. He is 32 out of 100.
